Dimark, Inc. was originally established in the late 1970’s and was incorporated in 1982. In November 2003, the company was acquired by Scott A. Morris and Scott J. MacLeod, who have also owned Eastern Arc and Machine since 1993.

Scott A. Morris, a veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division of the U. S. Army, brings to Dimark Inc. over 20 years of experience in precision sheet metal. Scott J. MacLeod has over 25 years experience in the fabrication of structural frames, machining and welding.

Scott and Scott take special pride in the quality of craftsmanship they bring to the manufacture of precision enclosures, sanitary stainless steel frames and weldments, RF reflectors and other precision sheetmetal and structural items.
